2Cash withdrawal fees apply to your Thomas Cook Visa® USD$ TravelMoney™ Prepaid Card. Transaction fees may apply, dependent on the ATM order. Maximum withdrawal per day will be USD$2,500. You can withdraw money from any ATM machine displaying the VISA® sign. Note: Cross border charges will occur if the Thomas Cook Visa® USD$ Visa TravelMoney™ Card currency differs from that of the local currency.
3A limit on reloads of USD$5,000 will apply. Minimum initial load of USD$100.00 will apply.
4The replacement card can be couriered to you for a fee of USD$150.00, which would be debited from the account.
